  Neighbors are notxconnected to the miami dade laws like building an extra room to mobile home...one does not have second exit...though outwardly appear to...poorly partially taken down trees after hurricane.
  Neighbors have dogs leashed outside of homes.
  Large dogs ...owners their feces are not picked up.
  Facility needs to require dogs no larger 25 pounds as the area is congested. Some Mobile homes are not far apart 5 feet to 7 feet. More than 2 to 3 cars parked .
