  First time, MRI broken and long wait time. Rescheduled. Second time, long wait time. I am here now an hour and a half and still waiting to be called. Staff not particularly friendly at this location, nor do they seem to be concerned. Wait times seem to be accepted here as routine. Kendall facility was efficient and you were in and out. However, once you get past the front desk, MRI technician was professional and competent.
