  Dr. Soto, I am disappointed that no one has taken the time to comment on your Google profile. I will now state that the work you are doing and have been doing for so many years is touch lives!! As a resident of Miami-Dade County and a full-time PhD student, I myself am finding it difficult to get any type of health care! This self-less, tedious, and often dis-heartening work that you are doing illustrates the bravery and courage which makes a TRUE physician. YOU ARE AN INCREDIBLE WOMAN AND YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE!
