  First off this Payless location is VERY ran down...majority of the ”new” shoes look used and are in beat up old shoe boxes.
  Secondly last time I was in there...about a month ago, the sales lady greeted every single Hispanic customer that walked in “Hello, welcome to Payless etc.”, all while completely ignoring me & my two kids with me. I didn’t think too much of it until it was time to pay...the sales lady was ringing up two sets of obviously Hispanic customers speaking only English to them. When it was my turn in line she chose to only speak in Spanish to me when it’s completely obvious we didn’t speak Spanish, Me and my kids were even speaking English to her first.
  The whole time she’s ignoring my 6 year old daughter who’s trying to talk to her....still she only spoke Spanish even telling me the total is Spanish. I said do you know English and she says yes. Such a shame, how ignorant. I don’t know if she’s the owner or just the employee....she’s horrible and racist.
  Hopefully this location gets closed down just like the others! Not an American friendly establishment!
